Ed San Inocencio

Co-founder

Ed started in the Recruiting industry immediately following his graduation in 2011 from Ball State with a Bachelor of Science in Industry and Technology. Prior to Evotek's inception, Ed also spent time working with enterprise-level HR, Time & Labor and Payroll solutions where he was able to gain more knowledge around the challenges that HR, hiring managers, and business owners face on a daily basis.

Ed is the President of Northeast Indiana (NIHRA), as he continues to help redefine the standard of how the Human Resources community in Northeast Indiana connects and learns through enhancing the SHRM community, serving HR professionals, and advancing the HR profession.

Ed is also a Board of Director for a non-profit organization helping people with disabilities reach their full potential.

Ed's biggest passion is helping individuals and organizations reach their greatest potential. This is fundamental to the culture and growth of Evotek and a driving force in their day to day operations.

Dave Shuherk

Co-founder

Dave began his career in the Recruiting industry in 2010. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Indiana Institute of Technology. Dave was immediately drawn to the ability to assist individuals in finding the next step in their career path. Prior to forming Evotek, Dave spent 5 years working with skilled trades, and became very involved with many trade organizations and educators. Dave is an active member of the local SHRM chapter (NIHRA) and works with various initiatives to increase member engagement and retention.

Dave has been involved in mentoring young professionals in the staffing industry including nonprofit staffing firms.

Dave has a passion for helping individuals understand how to be better equipped to grow in their career, as well as identifying areas where companies can advance their teams.
